Yay! I finally was able to log in! But someone please tell me how to attach a photo to your log-in. I can’t find it. Also, why do we have an “Anonymous” member? And why does John have “Velcro” as his nickname? Maybe that’s why I had trouble logging in.
Good job Wicked!! The site already responds easily, and I have extra characters for clicking on Icons that I have no idea what they do…going to be fun. Snappy salute to the BOD!!

Thanks for the welcome Wicked. To early to voice an opinion on the new site, but so far everything seems to work fine. The home page is eye catching, and I see all the route motorcycles have riders now! 🙂 The store worked fine as well but seems a bit bare??? Kinda miss the different emoticons to insert for added explanations…unless I just haven’t found them yet?? The big test will be to add photos or web pages, I’ll try that later. Going to be fun watching the family sign on and read all the ooops…!!! 🙂 🙂

Boy, ya go away for a couple of weeks and everything changes. Sheesh! Just got back from a little jaunt to Peru and Ecuador and now I have to learn a whole new forum. Seems pretty easy so far, though, and a pretty smooth roll-out, too. Much better than many I have seen. Congratulations to everyone involved.

Well I made it over also, wasn’t too hard. Looking forward to May, we are going to try our best to make it to Ontario so we can go all the way. Everyday I do a little here and a little there to get ready for May. We’re registered and have had motel reservations made since July, can not wait.
I think I have watched all the youtube video’s of the 2016 run of the central route and even the middle and southern. Seems like I can’t get enough of it. I’ve spotted us in several of the video’s and it was kinda cool. I also watched a lot of the rolling thunder video’s trying to see if I could spot us, but to no avail I couldn’t find us. Then finally I found us in one.
Now we only did part of the run this year, joined in Wentzville, MO. But like I said we plan on going all the way next year. I want to let everyone in central route know that after DC we had planned to go over to the coast of Maryland and then down to the outerbanks of North Carolina, Kitty hawk and further south. Well we left Monday morning and headed towards Maryland and we ran into that tropical storm that was coming up the coast. We was in quite of bit of rain and all of a sudden the bike broke down. It would run but would not go in gear, we have that silver Can Am Spyder RT w/trailer. It has the electric shift, no clutch. Anyway we were stranded for two hours in the rain trying to get a tow truck. Well to make a long story short, never got it running, but we got the bike home and fixed. Problem was I had a lot of led lights on the bike and it caused the system in the computer to shut down, Lesson learned, I took care of that and everything has been fine since. I now know how you fell THUMB.
By the was THUMB I read your post and I agree with everything that you said about RFTW, couldn’t of said it any better myself. See you in May in Ontario.
