Ghost Rider
ParticipantEvery walkup registration. Must be hand entered into the registration system. There was also the Sandbox Route after the arrival in DC. All of the registration information has to be collected from the different routes and shipped to the registration director before they can even start to entering the info. This usually takes several weeks after everyone returns home.
