Thank you for the information. Speaking of paying for gas I was wondering how most people carried their money so it’s easy to get to at the gas stops. I have been on 2 previous rftw rides but only for 1 day each time and the gas stops were donated. Trying to figure out the simplest way to carry it so that I can get to it easily. Thanks

Thank you again for the information. I was planning on registering online but I wouldn’t be able to pick up my packet until the morning after I arrive. Just wanted to make sure I wouldn’t need that packet or sticker on my bike to be able to camp. Sounds like it wouldn’t be a problem. I was also wondering what most people that camp do on the way back home. Would like to camp on the way home also. Hope I’m not bothering you to much and I do appreciate the information. The previous 2 years years I have only rode from Junction City Ks to Concordia Mo but this year I am planning on going to Arlington. Looking forward to it.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a tent. I ride an HD ultra classic and I probably will need to pack it either in the passenger seat or on the tour pak rack. Don’t really want to get a lot of money wrapped up in one but I would like one that is easy to setup and that is waterproof. The 2 person dome tents seem to be about the best option.

Thank you for the information Mark. I was wondering if there was anyone that had camped on the central route that could tell what the campsites were like (Between Wentzville Mo and Arlington). Checking to see if if I would need a tent or if they were covered or inside. Any information would be appreciated.
