Retired in March of 2018, living in Oklahoma City with my wonderful wife Deborah. Bought myself a Harley for my retirement gift and have been riding since then. A US Navy vet (1968-1972) stationed at Pearl Harbor on board the USS Rathburne FF-1057 (Plankowner). Deployment included a West Pac which included the Tonkin Gulf running plane guard, S&R, and fire support. My professional career included 20 years in the electric utility business where I was a senior tax manager. I left the utility business and enjoyed a crazy 5-7 year span in telecom startups. When the bottom fell out of that space I moved on to USAA where I acted as a senior contract manager. I left USAA for a short stent with Accenture and leaving them and starting my own consulting firm which I ran until the last 3 years. I was brought back to Oklahoma to work for OG&E where I was responsible for contracting all work on a 480Kw generation plant. Once that construction was completed I retired. It's been a great run and hope to enjoy my ride and RFTW.
