Welcome to the Central Route

The Central Route, AKA “The Mother Route” is the original route taken by James “Gunny” Gregory and the very first RFTW riders back in 1989. Although some of the stops and a few changes to the route have been made over the years, the basic route including the stop at Rainelle Elementary School in West Virginia remains the same.
