YES, IT IS MAY YET!
Less then two weeks until KSU in Ontario and if you are like me, you can’t wait to get on the road. There are a few last-minute details to take care of, but for the most part, we are ready to roll.
Pre-Paid Fuel
It is past the deadline to pay for pre-paid fuel online. If you haven’t paid online yet, you can pay with cash when you check-in, either in Ontario or Springfield. You will be given a “Fuel Sticker” which should be placed on the lower left (clutch) side of your windshield or on your left fork. The cost is $65.00 and everyone riding on Sandbox must have pre-paid fuel. This will speed up fueling time so you have more time to use the restrooms, and will make it easier for the fuel team to get you through the pumps by not having to collect money. Please remember, Highway Pegs UP, going through the fuel line.

As you make your way to your starting point in Ontario CA, Springfield VA, or somewhere along one of the routes, keep in mind why we do this.
To Promote healing among all Veterans and their families and friends, to call for an accounting of all Prisoners of War and those Missing in Action (POW/MIA), to honor the memory of those Killed in Action (KIA) from all wars, and to support our military personnel all over the world.
Think about who you are riding for.
We ride for those who can’t.
Remember that we are on a Mission that requires all of us to work together and help each other in order to be successful. Set your own wants and needs aside and reflect on the hardships and commitment of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep our country free.
We strive to maintain a safe, supportive and private atmosphere in which all participants can reflect and heal on their journey to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. and the Middle East Conflicts Wall Memorial in Marseilles, Illinois in the hope that they can return home to a new beginning.
