RFTW Town Hall – Postscript
The first of the planned quarterly RFTW Town Hall Webinars was a huge success! We had 159 people sign in to participate – more than any other Town Hall, Zoom Call or online meeting I can recall with the Run. We covered a lot of recent change topics, some areas of concern, some guidance and expectations and some previews of what to expect coming down the Road. Corey and I along with Branda and Kirk worked hard to make the system work right and the agenda current to recent Board discussions. We all hope that you feel better informed on some of the Mission focused topics that your Board of Directors is considering.
We’re already planning for the January Town Hall Webinar, developing timely Agenda Topics relevant to events that will be important to the planning stages at that time. But we want your input too… Please write to me at town.hall@rftw.us with your feedback on this first webinar and your suggestions for improvements and future agenda topics. We truly value your input.
Town Hall Recording & New Web Page
Our enormously talented Web Master, ted Kapner has built a new Web Page that is dedicated to the Quarterly Town Hall Webinars. This page displays information and announcements about future Town Hall Webinars as well as displays links to the recordings of past Webinars, like the one last week. You can find the “RFTW Town Hall” link under the “Scuttlebutt” header or just follow the link below. Watch for future announcements there or in Newsletters coming in the next few months. And if you weren’t able to join in last week, click on the link you’ll find there to watch the entire Webinar from start to finish.

Door Prize Drawings!
The Door Prize Drawings portion went great with several people even volunteering to sponsor additional Drawings during the event – big thank you to Lurch and Pipes! There were others who volunteered just as we were wrapping up, sorry we couldn’t add in everyone. The next Webinar will include another Door Prize Drawing, and I will call for sponsors ahead of time to make that work better should folks want to step up again.
Until Next Time….
Thank you to all who joined in and for the great comments and questions submitted during the Q&A. Corey and I very much enjoyed the interaction – it actually gave you all a glimpse into the type of conversations in which he and I regularly engage. Ideas, plans, logistics, and preparations with transparency across the Board, the Routes and the Riders. Whatever capacity you serve, we’re all on the same Mission and Together We can make a difference. This is why We Ride.
Remember, all roads lead to all roads, so wherever you go, Together We Ride! See you on the road!
Sincerely,
Bugs
